KEY FEATURES:

DESIGN - The Pulverizer is design especially in Robust , reliable and powerful model with Heavy Metal plates to carry out 3 operations namely Pulverising,Sieving and Collecting in a Single grind with high degree precision and fineness and an economical power consumption.

ROTOR ASSEMBLY - The Rotor Assembly is positioned within the Grinding Chamber with a Heavy Bearing Housing in a Dynamically balanced manner.

LIFTING COVER - Hinged type Hood with Lifting Cover arrangement is provided for easy opening of the Pulverizer, Removal of Rotor assembly changing of Hammers, Screen and Bearings.

DRIVE - The Pulverizer is driven by a Pulley, V-Belt drive arrangement.

BASE FRAME - The Pulverizer has a sturdy and rigid Base frame erected on a RCC Foundation.

HAMMERS AND MILL - A specially designed Press hardened Steel Maces with multiple Working Edges is hinged in a Shaft as a set of 4 rows of Hammers. The hammers reduce the size of the materials when in contact. The Mill is Self-protective. The Hammers fly reverse on the entry of any foreign materials into the Mill.

SUCTION FAN -The pulverized product is removed by Suction Fan simultaneously after pulverization for sieving.

SCREEN -The degree of fineness depends on the size of the screen. The screen can be varied based on required fineness.

HOOD -Hinged type Hoods with a unique lifting cover arrangement is provided to enhance opening for changing screen in less than a minute and also Hammer arrangement.

DUST COLLECTOR -Cleans the Low Velocity Air passing through a fabric by Straining media action.

ROTARY AIR LOCK VALVE -For uniform and Dust free collection at the outlet of Cyclone Collector and also to serve as a Rotary feeders for uniform collection. The close clearance between the vanes and housing prevents Air-Leakage.

"Y"-PIECE -Fabricated from Mild Steel and fitted below Cyclone Separator for Breakfree Bagging.

MAGNETS -Placed at Feed Tray to prevent the unexpected entry of any metal small particles into the Grinding Chamber.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

CONTROL PANEL - A Centralized Control System enabling easy starting via Star-Delta Starter. Consisting of Rotary Switch, Fuses, Voltmeter and an Ammeter.

BASE FRAME - Based on demand the Base Frame is available in Mild Steel and also in Stainless Steel.
