DESIGN -It is a specially designed Circular Gyratory Equipment that can sort upto 8 Grades of

MOTOR & MOTOR BASE - A unique designed Vibratory motor with eccentric weights and Screening Decks with different Meshes one above the other are mounted on a Motor Base consisting of Compression Springs in Bottom base.

MOTOR SHAFTS - The Motor consists of double extended Shafts at both the end fitted with Eccentric weights at different Lead Angles.

SCREENING SYSTEM -The Screening System consists of 5 to 8 Screening Decks with Screening Cloth attached with Screening Meshes of various sizes starting from the Higher open area on the Top followed by the Smaller and till continues till the Least.The Screen rings are secured firmly with Special Adhesives to the Screening Decks affixed with rigid Stainless Steel Clamps.

BOLTLESS RINGS -To prevent loss of Bloom Boltless Rings can be used. FUNNELS - To increase the Resident Time and to enhance sorting. Funnels ensure the materials discharge onto the centre of the screen and thus providing enough time to move towards periphery.
